ISO 31000 ERM Fundamentals Training and Certification (Hybrid in Manila, The Philippines)

Managing risks has become a crucial process for every organization. With a company-wide scope, the risk management process serves as a strategic analysis of risk throughout an organization, cutting across business units and departments, and considering end-to-end processes. The ISO 31000 ERM Fundamental is a workshop specifically designed to equip its participants with essential skills and knowledge in Enterprise Risk Management.

This program is focused on providing a strong fundamental understanding of ERM, by using a combination of instructor-led training and real-world case study analysis, using the new learning method called EMPIRisk Simulation.

EMPIRisk Simulation is based on a fun simulation game in enables the participants to apply the materials about ERM that they learn during the workshop to a real-world scenario.
