Dr. Antonius Alijoyo, ERMCP, CERG, CRMA, CCSA, CFSA, CFE, CGEIT. The chairperson of ERM Academy who has more than 30 years of professional experiences in various industries for instance fast moving consumer goods, construction & infrastructure, cement, textile, banking, public sector, insurance, conglomeration and education which focuses on GRCS (governance, risk management, compliance, and sustainability). He has been a practicing independent commissioner and board committee’s chair and/or members for the last 15 years especially in the financial services industry and conglomeration, whilst consistenly teaching at undergraduate and postgraduate programs at some universities for the last 25 years. He holds also some professional certifications in the field of GRCS. Antonius completed his MBA in Marketing and MM in Finance in 1988 and 1992 respectively, and then earned his Ph.D in Economic in 2013 with a specialization on corporate governance. He has written several books on corporate governance and risk management and participated as resource speaker in many large scale international conferences and master class series across the globe among others are America, Canada, Central and Eastern Europe, UK, Middle East, Africa, Australia, and Asia-Pacific.

Aldi Ardilo Aldi Ardilo is an executive director at Enterprise Risk Management Academy (ERMA Pte Ltd) and the founder and chief executive of CyberWhale. He graduated with a bachelor’s of psychology, concentrating in industrial and organizational (I/O) psychology, and he got his Master’s in Business Administration in Japan. With over seven years of experience in risk management, quirky creativity, and a human-centric approach, together with his team, he has built several applications and creative content to help an organization to strengthen its risk-aware culture, including an enterprise risk management (ERM) control panel to manage organizational risks in an integrated manner. He further fitted up his skillset with knowledge about cyber security dan data governance to ensure all activities are in compliance with the relevant data regulation (e.g. EU GDPR, Indonesian Law No. 27 of 22, etc.) and secured. Marc Schaedeli is CEO of The Consulting Group AG. He is a qualified food technologist (ETHZ). Marc brings extensive Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) expertise including Loss Prevention, Business Continuity, Captive Management, and Risk Financing. He is an experienced risk assessment facilitator (for 750+ businesses and/or projects) with 20 years’ experience in risk management. He played a pivotal role in governance and compliance, human rights, and task force management activities (Listeria, SARS, Flu Pandemic, Ebola, etc.). Prior to his current role, Marc was Head of Group Risk Management at Nestlé. As part of the global role at Nestlé, he also initiated and coordinated the first global loss prevention program (700+ sites visited across 80+ countries) and implemented Business Continuity Management throughout the organization. Marc worked also for Zurich Insurance and provided consulting services in consumer research as well in technical advisory services. Dr. Adel Mounir is the current FAIR Secretary General with over 30 years of experience in both the academic and the practical insurance fields. He has a PhD in Insurance & Risk Management, Wharton School University of Pennsylvania of USA. Dr. Mounir was the Chairman of the Egyptian Insurance Supervisory Authority, Deputy Chairman of the Egyptian Financial Supervisory Authority, the Vice Chairman of Misr Insurance Holding Company, Chairman of the Arab Forum of Insurance Regulatory Commissions, Deputy Chairman of the IAIS Market Conduct committee, IAIS Executive Committee member. He was also the Chairman of the Egyptian Insurance Institute and the Founder & Board Member of the Egyptian Society for Risk Management. Dr. Mounir is fully aware of the main concerns and the challenges facing FAIR. He has an inner view in the African Markets through his position as Board Member of Africa Re and his affiliation with the International Association of Insurance Supervisors “”IAIS”” as a member of the Executive Committee in addition to the other associations in the Afro-Asian region. Mostafa Ramzy

Mr. Ramzy developed a framework that won the 2015 Global Risk Award in Building Risk Management Capabilities provided by The Institute of Risk Management. He is a Senior Enterprise Risk Management professional with over 16 years of experience in various sectors including energy, engineering, construction and project controls. Having joined the Emirates Nuclear Energy Corporation (ENEC) in January 2009, Mostafa spent the past 8 years in developing and implementing the Enterprise Risk Management framework within the organization where also he has a considerable expertise in internal and external training. Mostafa delivered many presentations as a keynote speaker and facilitated master classes at many international conferences and forums on Project Management and Enterprise Risk Management. He is currently the only Certified Trainer in Abu Dhabi for the ISO Risk Management Standard (ISO 31000). Prior experience includes working for Mace International and AECOM as a Planning Manager in mega projects including the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Center and the Hyatt Capital Gate.
